You can get a refund for about 90 USD. If the reason for cancellation is due to a problem that you are having, then we can try to help resolve it using Remote Assistance. If there is some feature needed, then let us know what it is and we will see how we can help you with that as well. If the reason for cancellation is not due to either of the above, then understand there is *no* automatic billing to a credit or debit card. If you do not wish to continue to use the Sierra Chart software and services, make sure activated services are not set to renew.
