Hello, I'm brand new to SC and the brokers I will be mentioning. I was initially going to use either AMP Futures or Optimus Futures as the broker. While I was signing up for AMP Futures, I briefly read through an agreement we need to sign. Schedule 6: Market Data Subscription Agreement Under this agreement it states "Subscriber shall maintain the records and books upon which it bases its reporting for three (3) years following the period to which the records relate. In the event that Subscriber fails to retain such records and books as required above, Subscriber agrees to pay CME the reasonable estimate of any discrepancy discovered pursuant to any such audit" I am very confused as to what this exactly means. Does it mean I need to store the data on my end (i.e on a USB) I also wanted to ask, would this apply to me, if I was using the SC data feed? Or would SC store the data (or even Optimus Futures?) AMP notified me that they would handle that part of the agreement (with them storing and providing data when necessary) Also I have read over a lot of support posts and read your instructional posts and am still a little confused. But lets assume I wanted to use the SC Denalli data, with Optimus Futures, is there another part i'm missing? So I would purchase the SC denalli package and make, and fund an account on Optimus Futures or AMP Futures (to receive the non-professional Fees). Then connect them together to begin? I have spend quite a few days trying to get the information I need on both parts of this text. Before I begin paying for subscriptions, I'd like to somewhat get things functioning first. |
