Is there any other way to get non-professional fees other than opening an account?

As far as the CME Group is concerned, there is no other choice. You have to have an account with a broker to which you can connect your Sierra Chart in order to get the non-professional exchange fees through our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The only other option we see would be to trade a different exchange, such as EUREX, as only the CME Group has the requirement. So the EUREX and CFE data are available through our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Just so you are aware, there is the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account exchange option which only costs $66.00 per month. This option has the following symbols available, so if you only need these, then this would be the cheapest "Professional" option:
