There definitely is not any problem with this function. We do not see how that can possibly be the case. And we do not know the specific details of what you are doing. Also when a Chart Drawing is modified, it is put at the end of the list. So in this case if you modify a Text drawing, it is going to be put at the end of the list, and be the one that is considered last drawn.
