The reason you are not getting the real-time data is because your account verification for the CME Group non-professional status expired on March 28, 2022. You would need to connect to your trading account again in order to verify your status. The reason why this is occurring is because you are on version 2379. Versions of Sierra Chart after 2354 no longer connect to TransAct. You would need to downgrade to version 2353 or lower in order to make the connection to your live account for the CME Group requirement.
