Thank you for the prompt reply. I understand that attached orders with a stop and target are sent as OCO orders to the server once the parent order has filled. If the sever DOES NOT support OCO type orders then the only way to manage these OCO orders is to do it locally on the SC platform (on my computer). Is this a misunderstanding on my part? As far as programming what I described in the original post: In the time that has passed, I've already come up with a scenario where such a thing potentially would cause more problems than what it would solve. Sorry, bad idea... never mind. |
