You log is showing that you are getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The reason we did not think this was the case was that the image you provided did not show the [M] notation after the symbol in the Chart Header, which is one way we know that the data is coming from us. Refer to the following on this: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: The Meaning of the [M] Designation after a Symbol Was the image taken from a Sub-Instance of Sierra Chart (started by selecting File >> New Instance)? We would like for you to redownload the data in your charts to ensure that all the data is from the Denali feed, so you will have the correct historical data.
