Hi,

I cannot connect CQG live data to a second Sierra Chart download. I have CQG connection on one instance of Sierra Chart working. However, I downloaded a second instance of Sierra Chart on another machine and I get a connection error message " Service Package does not support this function or account is expired". The Data/Trade Service setting is defaulted to CQG WebAPI(not enabled on package). I just paid $36 to renew my package today......but I still get a notification saying my service package expires in 15 days. Also, when I click Help>>> Add usage it says my last login was 24.62 months ago, which is totally incorrect.
