I use the Zig Zag study with the option to “extend end points until future intersection” enabled. I wish to also use the option “display the value label for the extension lines”. When enabled, this option displays price levels for all extension lines including those values associated with lines that have been intersected. The lines have already been programmed to stop extending once intersected. Can the display values option also be programmed to stop displaying once the line is intersected? I believe most traders using the extend line feature are interested in the line until there is an intersection and this logic has been applied within the study to plot the line. Merely asking for the same logic to be applied to the display value feature. Presently, after intersection, the value is no longer displayed within the price axis and the display is moved to the chart which can add a lot of unnecessary clutter to the chart.
