First, make sure you understand that any historical data that is loaded will not have the Bid and Ask information. So the Numbers Bars and Cumulative Delta for that data will not show much information. For more information on this, refer to the 2nd bullet point at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351 But, as long as you are connected live to CQG, then you should be getting the Bid and Ask information and you should have these showing properly. The only thing we can think is that when you wrote your last post it was 16:36 Chicago time, so the trading for those instruments was stopped for the hour (between 16:00 - 17:00). Therefore, you would not have had any data updating at that time. If you continue to have an issue after the evening start at 17:00 then let us know.
