We have updated the subject line in this thread to also include CQG users. Often at the beginning of the month, we get users telling us that their CQG logon has been disabled: Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI / Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM. / Date-Time:
If you open an account at Stage 5 for 100 USD our understanding is that you will have no monthly fees and you will be able to connect to the Teton order routing service month after month and be able to receive real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and not have any logon disabled at the beginning of the month. We are not here to promote any particular broker, but we want our users to have the best experience and we are just simply providing information about one broker we know of, which is providing good help and support for Sierra Chart users.
