You need to connect to your AMP account in order to validate that it exists for the CME Group requirement. Most likely they have you setup for CQG, therefore you would follow the instructions at the following link to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You only need to make the connection for about 30 seconds in order to validate the account. Then you can change your Service settings back.
