It is not possible. We do not share that kind of information between companies, so we know nothing about the exchanges you have available with Rithmic and they know nothing about what exchanges you have with us. Therefore, when you are getting data from us, you have to pay for all the data you get from us (and vice versa). There is one caveat to this, which is called "Netting", but that is for Professional traders that are paying their fees directly to the CME Group.
