We can not help you with the Order Flow Labs study. You would need to talk to the developer to ask them why you are seeing what you are. ---- With regards to the VX data, we do see the following in your log when it was trying to get data for VX: Socket (3) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
In general, refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem Let us know if you are still having an issue. If you are, then try selecting File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed, as this will change the data server that you are connected to.
