The beginning of this post was about a problem with the historical data from Rithmic. This is due to the data we are receiving from them. Therefore, the solution we offered was to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data. In order to do this, you need to have the live, funded, futures trading account due to CME Group rules. At this point, it is up to you as to how to proceed. You can stay with the Rithmic data and the limitations as outlined here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy Or you can get a live trading account in order to use the Denali data.
