Hello, I have been having issues with data on historical charts. It is not loading the prior day's candle on most historical charts. For example, all historical charts I looked at today only show yesterday's candle and nothing for today despite the market being open for 4+ hours. Also having issues with the new free NYSE intraday data, it is not updating on my chart. At the time I only have delayed data but I need to delete & download data for anything to update on an intraday chart (1min, 5min, etc.) If we can get that fixed, is it still necessary to pay for real-time data (w/ service package 12)? *Yes I have updated to latest pre-release *Yes I have updated global symbol settings after updating Sierra *Intraday download interval for non-realtime symbols is set to zero *Allow support for sierrachart data feed is set to yes *Ensured timezone is set correctly in Global -> Time zone Thanks for your help! |
