I was finally able to resolve logging into the software after reaching out to the broker as directed. I understand that I am a novice and I am trying my absolute best to read the instructions and support boards and I assure you I reach out to you as the last resort. I am in the software but on delayed data. My understanding is that I have paid for both software and data through 4/30/22. Kindly correct me if I am wrong. I cannot figure out why I am on delayed data and if I have missed a step. I would appreciate some guidance on this so I can take corrective action if necessary with my account set up with SC. Thank you. |
