Hi all,
could you please support me with my issue:

I followed the instructions to connect sierra chart with the trading service of AMP/CQG as described here => Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart
However, I canĀ“t load the data, disonnected/connected severals times but without success. Could you please check whre the issu comes from.

Attached you can find the error message and a screenshot of my settings.
