The problem is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group, but you have not connected to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to validate your Non-Professional status. This is a requirement of the CME Group. For more information, refer to the following:

If you have a live trading account, then you just need to connect to it once a month. You do not need to stay connected to it. Note that Prop firms do not count towards this requirement of a live account. Refer to the following regarding connecting once a month:
