What do you mean by pending orders? Are you referring to the market depth data? Do you see the market depth data in Chart >> Open Market Depth Window?: File Menu: Open Market Depth Window (File) Also for some reason when I open some of my settings boxes (For example data/trade service settings I get a black box.
