No we did not say cancel CQG with AMP. Cancel the exchange fees for market data. but apparently AMP is claiming CQG is more stable. Being that Sierra Chart does not support CQG bracket orders because they do not work as expected, at least at the time we were using the FIX connection from CQG, and being that OCO orders also do not work as expected under all circumstances. And being there are no transaction fees with Teton and so many other improvements, it makes no sense whatsoever to be using CQG and all of our users who are trading the CME Group of markets should move off of CQG as soon as possible.What is frustrating specifically? Even though SC's support is frustrating, If there is any thread on this board, where you did not get the proper support/answer let us know and we will review.They indicate this will be the case to us regarding supporting Teton, but there is no indication of the timing: I want AMP to support Teton so I don't have to move my accounts.
