I just set up today a connection using Rithmic to connect Sierra Chart, and I have Denali Exchange Data Feed. However, I am not receiving historical data. When I open my platform the following Notice shows up: "To continue to receive real-time CME data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on your account, requires that you connect Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month." My broker is NinjaTrader, and it seems that Sierra Chart is not able to connect to them anymore. It was a recent change. So, I am not able to connect to my live trading to keep using Denali Exchange Data Feed and receiving historical data. Please advise how to solve this problem. |
