As noted above, since you are using "Crossing", the alert condition will not come true until the Last price goes through the price level where the Ray is located (i.e. the last price "crosses" the ray). But, when your ray blinked, which is one of the indicators that the condition was true, then you should have had an entry in your Alert Manager. If this occurred recently enough and you have not exited from Sierra Chart, then we would like to see a screenshot of your Alert Manager. The alert should be in the list.
