Thank you for looking into this. I have a 3min chart of SPX500 (FXCM) open. Price is 4145. If I right click the chart around the 4160 level and use "Add symbol alert' using 'last' the alert appears straight away in Alert Manager, all working perfectly. Now I enter a Horizontal Ray at 4175, the line appears on the chart. I then right click the horizontal line and click 'Alerts' I make sure the Enable alert for chart drawing' is clicked. The other boxes are 'Crossing' and 'Last'. See attached image. But nothing appears in the Alert Manager so the alert is not working from the Horizontal Line.
