1) Make sure you save the Chartbook after you close the T&S window. We can not think of any other reason why you would have this occur. 2) Check that the particular chart that is coming up does not have the options for Window >> Always on Top or Window >> Window Always Visible. Although it does not sound like either of these are set from what you describe. But these are the only things that would cause something like this. Therefore, it is most likely an MS Windows issue.
