The coloring of the Numbers Bars is going to be determined by what you have set for the Input of Column x Background Coloring Method. It looks like you have this set to Based on Volume Percentage, in which case the coloring of the bars is going to be determined by whether it is an Up or a Down bar, not by which side is dominant. Refer to the description for this coloring option here: Numbers Bars: Background Coloring Based on Volume Percentage If you want to see each price level be Green or Red based on which side is dominant, then you would probably want to use a Background Coloring of Based on Dominant Side AskVol BidVol Percentage.
