This is not correct. Sierra Chart does not cancel orders under this condition. Only you can cancel those orders expressly. Log says "Pending Cancel. Internally marking as canceled. No order update from server. For Trade Account: (not specified). Internal cancel" . This is simply because TWS is not giving Sierra Chart the order data for an open orders request.
