The "minimzed" opening only happens with these windows from Global Settings:
General Settings
Data/Trade Service Settings
Tool Settings
General Trade Settings
Chart trade Settings
Chart DOM Settings

All other windows under Global Setting open normally on the Sierra Chart screen on the external monitors.
