This is why you are getting the error. When you update one copy of Sierra Chart, none of the copies of Sierra Chart can be running. You must exit from all of them.
If you are using the same Data Files Folder for multiple copies of Sierra Chart, we provide no support with problems encountered with that. We do not recommend doing this. Thank you anyway. |
