The only thing we can see if that you will want to specify a "Category" that is different from what the primary symbol would be located. Just make sure you have gone through all of the items as specified in the link for how to set this up. The "Category" is one of the items listed. The only thing I am doing is looking through that documentation, as I have set this up in the past, but not done it recently. I know it works, you just have to go through every item and make sure it is setup properly.
