With regards to post #4. This explains all of it. You have to have the symbol set correctly for the particular service that you have selected. We take care of dealing with the symbol for the service and mapping it to the correct symbol to get your data. Therefore, when you are connected to CQG, you need to have the symbol F.US.CA6XYY and when you are connected to SC Data - All Services, it needs to be 6CXYY-CME.

The first, and easiest way, to handle this is to just stay connected to CQG all the time and use the CQG symbols.

But, if you do need to switch services for some reason, then just be sure you select the option to update the symbols when you get off the Data/Trade Service Settings Window and it prompts you for this. You can also update the symbols at any time by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, which you would need to do if you open a new Chartbook after changing services.

With regards to Post #3 - and your data. We see that you have deactivated the exchanges except for the Full CME Group with Market Depth. We just want to point out that if you really just need the data for the Canadian Dollar and you do not need Market Depth, then you could just use the CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book exchange for $1.25 per month.
