2. if I can not clear in live, how can I trade?
Have you forward tested this? The log will not have trades in the future that have not already happened. So let it run in realtime Sim mode and see what happens. is there is any bug on your side here which is causing this issue?
Who are you referring to? I have no side here. Just speaking from experience.
