We have no control over this issue with Transact. It is not something we can help with other than request that you move to our replacement solution for Transact users. And also refer to information here regarding Transact for the replacement solution we have provided Transact users: *Important* Priority Message to Transact Users Actually this indicates you do have a connection to the Transact server: When I try to do File/Connect to Data Feed, it's greyed out.
