I have a new computer, and am unable to connect to Sierra Charts with my account Transact_User_domenari. I have sent you the message log. The error message I get is "Connection error message from service TransAct WS Account logon error -1(-1).

I have tried everything, setting the SC user account name and password and my Transact account number in the Global Settings/Data/Trade Service Settings window. When I try to do File/Connect to Data Feed, it's greyed out. What am I supposed to do???
