Hi SC Support Board, I'm in the process of shifting from TransAct to Stage5 and although Stage5 website shows a nice DOM similar to Transact learned after the fact that it does not work with SC/Teton. Although for the most part I trade from the charts, I do trade from the DOM too. The other critical thing the DOM does is allow easy and rapid changes to my trade type, SL/TP and trailing stop settings when entering a trade. Attached is what their DOM and scoreboard look like. Questions: 1) Was the DOM we see from TransAct created by using the SC DOM editing commands or did this require specialized programming expertise? 2) Is it possible to create a similar type DOM on Teton using SC's DOM editing features? 3) If Teton DOM needs specialized programming expertise can you recommend programmers specializing in this so I can get a cost estimate. (My guess is it should be an off the shelf item for certain programmers?) 4) If you want Teton to be a runnaway success, suggest SC solicit user feedback on key DOM features desired then create (include) a similar DOM with your Teton service. (This allows traders to change from what we are used to, to trading close enough to same.) Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you, -Richard |
