Hi, I have an account Im trying to trade through the Topstep program. The data coming in is Rithmic. I had purhcased the Service Package 5 option to use this for. I'm having difficulty downloading intra-day data. I get the real time feed, but the charts Im pulling up dont have current data (shows Decemember prices). I have been able to manually load addition days through working the chart... but it seems like the data should pull up everything on one click. Did I buy the wrong service package for Rithmic data? If so could I have my package upgraded to Service package 10 as its the same cost? I saw that Rithmic data is only to be used on Service packages 10 or above, I saw this afer creating these accounts.
