When you select the "Buy" and "Sell" buttons at the bottom of the window, they are going to put in a Buy/Sell order using the Order Type that you have set just above. In your case, this is set to "OCO Buy Stop Sell Stop" and you have your prices set to "0". This is why you are getting that error, you are trying to submit an OCO Buy Stop Sell Stop with a price of 0. If you wan those to be Market orders then you would need to set your Order Type to "Market".
