Could you please refer to this thread: *Important* Priority Message to Transact Users One thing it specifically says is: We are hearing a lot about Transact users having connectivity problems! Understand Sierra Chart does not have the ability to solve these problems. This is why we have developed our own order routing service to the exchanges, which are replacing all other services. You need to move on to our Teton order routing, and work with a broker that supports that service. Thank you!
