It is happening again. Last night, between 7:30PM and 7:50PM tried 3 different times to access Sierra Charts, but they would not connect, although TransAct DOM was connected and operational. I know you do not like TransAct (and that is OK), but this is obviously NOT a TransAct problem as their trading DOM has no problem initiating and maintaining connection and functionality. I LOVE Sierra Charts, but I cannot depend on them connecting. Please fix the problem. It isn't just me - numerous reports of other TA customers have this same problem (With ONLY Sierra Charts, NOT TransAct).
