And what is the relevancy of "very few customers trading on it" mean to them? And what is their definition of very few? We see this number of accounts: 365 That certainly is not very few. And if the relevancy of this has to do with issues they have had with other order routing providers, and load-balancing/overload conditions, then this is just not relevant at all to our order routing systems. There is not going to be any such issue. And the fact that this issue is even being raised, only suggests that other providers are inferior if they have such problems. We do know this is an issue with TT though with certain components of their systems. And we really have not been working that hard to move users over but we are going to be making more effort, in the coming days to move users, off of the TT based order routing service and also Transact. Perfectly fine for them not to be in any hurry, and we certainly do not want to change their position on that. They must go at their own pace and they must not be pressured. But if you want to use our service and not wait longer move the account to a broker that does support the service!! Let the free market prevail.
