Hi - I have been using SC with Rithmic for over a year, and haven't changed any settings in months. Today when I logged in I could not load historical data. Current data is coming through, but my intraday and profile charts are blank. I tried all of the steps in the documentation and they did not work. When looking at chart settings, when I try to load 50 days of data, it will not allow the "From" field to go earlier then 1/30/22 (see attatchement) How do I resolve this? |
