Hello, I'm currently running a 12900k, 64gb ram, Sierra is stored on a gen 4 NVMe drive, and I'm still running into issues both at launch, and loading in chartbooks. Now, admittedly I am loading huge files, and a shit ton of data. But I was wondering if there were specific intel settings you'd recommend to optimize for Sierra. I currently am using all of the retail boost settings including hyper-threading and turbo boost. I'm clocked at 5087mhz at full turbo for the performance cores according to XTU with the efficiency cores running at x40. Essentially I'm wondering what the optimal processor core settings are; i.e higher efficiency core multiple, lower all core multiple, higher AVX2 offset, etc. |
