I just want to try an alternative solution with SierraChart latest version (2348) with a computer 64 bits, My Data feed is Rithmic. I saw that it needs a "Service Package 10 or higher...." as I read here https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions. Could you please SC enable "service package 10" for my testing for the last 6 days of usage time I stiil have ; If my testings are OK I shall renew with this new package but firt I would have to migrate all my studies in a 64 bits mode which is very complicate as I already tried with you 2 years ago. |
