Our apologies, we did not realize that those versions of sierrachart.exe were not the full 32-bit versions. We just checked a few others and see the same thing you are. It looks like it is just a redirect to running the 64-bit version. Probably for those in transition to not have to update links. There really is nothing more we can do. The older versions are simply not available due to how many changes we have made along the way.
