We can not get you version 2020. That is just too old and there have been too many updates and fixes made for the various trading services. The file named Sierrachart.exe is the 32-bit version. We tried it ourselves (although on a 64-bit computer) from that zip installer to see if it would work and it did for us. So we do not know why it is not working for you. Although we did get an error from Microsoft that we had to specifically allow the program to run. It's possible that you have your security set so that the program is just not running. Be sure you check your Microsoft security and also check that your Virus Scanning Software is not blocking the running of the file. And also try to run it as Administrator and see if that works. You can also try the other versions that are in the Zip Installer directory and see if you can find the 32-bit version in a release that will work.
