Since some days I have problems with loading of historical data in all my charts and chartbooks. It just downloads 1 day or no data, so chart is starting at time Sierra connected the data feed. I tried: Edit -> Delete all data and download, but the problem is still the same. If I go to chart settings, there is: Date Range in file --> just "current day" to "current day". When I change the date e.g. 10 days back and press ok, "Date Range in file" changes back to the current day (picture added). First I had the problem in NQ Chartbook, but past a few days the problem was in all chartbooks ES, NQ, CL, GC... I did not found a solution in self help. What can I do? Thanks for answering.
