In your case, you are almost set to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed which will solve this issue. You just need to complete the agreements here:

And then activate the exchanges you need here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

After this you no longer need to pay the exchange fees through your broker. So there is no additional cost.
