I'm having an issue downloading data, currently trying MNQH2-CME but it does the same thing no matter which symbol I try. Getting error message, "Historical data request rejected because there is currently another historical data request active". I've cleared logs in message log, tried a disconnecting and reconnecting, and restarting the platform. This has been going on for over a week and I'm not seeing any historical data being downloaded anywhere. Using Rithmic data, connecting via Direct-DTC and "Rithmic Trading" on an older version. The main issue I'm trying to solve with "Delete All Data and Download" the charts are missing dates when I didn't have the platform open. Under Chart Settings, the Date Range in File will only go back as far as today's date even though I have a ton of .scid files in the Data folder for the symbol I'm trying to upload to the charts. |
