I'm running version 2296 (package 11) and, until a couple days agao, I had no problem accessing the Denali delayed Eurex data. I don't have real-time Eurex activated because I don't need real-time data for that exchange. However, I need to generally track several Eurex markets, and delayed data works fine for that. I was using SC/TT order routing at the time when everything was working. Due to some account/brokerage changes, I then had to switch my Sierra configuration to Denali data with CQG for order routing only. Ever since that change a couple days ago, I have no access to the delayed Eurex data (even though it's included in the Denali feed I'm paying for). I did make sure to set the symbols to the correct names after the switch, but I just end up with a blank chart after getting a warning message that I'm not allowed access. How can CQG be impacting my access to Sierra Chart provided data when I'm only using them for order routing? Is there something I need to configure in order to regain access to this delayed Eurex data while still using CQG for order routing? Please help. |
