Snuggly. Why would you trade CFDs on their huge spread rather than trade Futures or ETF on a much smaller spread ? Isnt that counter productive towards expectancy ? The business of CFDs brokers is arbitrage where anything you buy/sell is covered automatically at a better price. They basically make a spread over the underline's (or underlines in the case of a synthetic CFD) spreads. In some cases they even dont hedge if a customers trading profile analysis has zero expectancy like alot have. SPOT I understand, depending if you have accurses to a "Hotspot" "Currenex" , Bloomberg etc where you have choice (zero spread), but CFD ?
